This term of Use (TOU) is provided to you by voipreselers.org, and its parent company - by reading the TOU and viewing the contents of the website, you are agreeing to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the TOU.
Voipreselers.org reserves the right to discontinue or modify the service without notice to the visitor. Voipreselers.org shall not be liable to visitor or any third party should the service be discontinued or modified.

Laws - State of New York
The TOU shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Visitors agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of NY.
Failure of voipreselers.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Visitor agrees that any cause of action arising out of or related to this service must commence within one month after the cause of action arose, otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.
